Hi, my order was incorrect. I ordered and paid for a chicken pakora but received a vegetable pakora. I was disappointed.

Veg pakora ok but didn’t appear freshly cooked At least half the chunks of chicken in chicken tikka chasni appeared undercooked, certainly not tender Disappointing!

Pre order a take away meal at 4.20 pm for collection at 6.20 pm. My husband Arrived at restaurant to collect meal and was told to take a seat. 30 mins later the order was still not ready for collection. I telephoned to ask why and was told there was a mix up in the kitchen. My husband had to wait another 20 mins before the order was ready. No apology or recompense for the inconvenience of the 50 minute delay. On an order submitted two hours earlier. If I hadn’t already pre paid I would have cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Also staff comments stating I was unhappy on the phone did not need to be voiced in the waiting area.

Naan was burnt, sauce didnt taste right and chips looked like they were reheats.

Food was ready quickly and was absolutely delicious.
